Hi, this is Greg O'Neill, Project Director, White Tiger Farms Project http://whitetiger511.tripod.com. I work with a group of people who have access to a number of technologies that can/will help island nations at risk from rising water levels, if they decide to work with us to adopt these systems, and to implement them. -- Professor Wolf Hilbertz, and Dr. Tom Goreau, spent 20 years using Wolf's ElectroAccretion www.biorock.net, and BioRock, an ultra high performance, cementitious material, to repair damaged coral reefs, and to build habitat for coral polyps to start building reefs on. This same method can building floating 'islands', or anchored ones, to house populations, and to contain soil for growing food and fiber crops, as well as cellulosic material for biofuels refining, desalination and clean water production, as well as energy production for submersible power generators placed in offshore deepwater currents. --- Rather than seeing the threat continue, and rising water levels spraying salt onto once arable soil, rendering it incapable of growing foodcrops, and watching ocean waters claim what little remains of land area, causing island nations to vanish, does it not make sense to use systems now available to save these 15 island nations at risk? --- www.currenttocurrent.com offers a submersible power generator capable of producing more than enough power to supply homes on island nations, and to power desalination as well as ElectroAccretion projects to build floating islands. --- Our group is available and hopes to secure government support, and funding, to save threatened island populations, before it is too late to do anything but watch populations flee their homelands for higher ground in other countries. ---
If any interested parties read my words, feel free to visit my site to learn more. ---- Aloha, Greg O'Neill

Aloha ................. ElectroAccretion has been used, and is still being used in several areas of the world, primarily in the island nations www.globalcoral.org by Dr. Tom Goreau, who works with the UN in the small island nations sustainable development committee. He came up with a book that offered proven solutions to many global problems, but it was kept from publication and distribution by the Bush admini-stration. -- Tom can tell you all about the areas of the world he has used ElectroAccretion, and BioRock production. --- We are hoping to find support to build floating 'islands' to move threatened populations to, as the rising seas threaten their remaining land mass http://whitetiger511.tripod.com --- It all boils down to the haves and the have nots, and where development funds are allowed to go, as I'm certain you are aware. --- Our group has access to systems to provide ocean current power production, tidal wave power production, cheap desalination, enhanced wind turbines for power generation, methods for enhancing soil fertility, and plant growth, and much more, if only we are given a chance to bring these forward to all nations. --- You can visit http://site1.pacinternational.org and www.sidspinst.org to see two initiatives that Tom is involved in. --- You can reach him for further information on his use of ElectroAccretion to repair damaged coral reefs, and to build habitats for coral polyps to colonize, and build new reef systems. --- We certainly would love to dialog with you, and your UNESCO, about ways to actually do more than merely talk about implementing solutions. ---- Peace, Greg O'Neill
