Technologies that can/will help island nations at risk from rising water levels

I work with a group of people who have access to a number of technologies that can/will help island nations at risk from rising water levels, if they decide to work with us to adopt these systems, and to implement them. -- Professor Wolf Hilbertz, and Dr. Tom Goreau, spent 20 years using Wolf's ElectroAccretion www.biorock.net, and BioRock, an ultra high performance, cementitious material, to repair damaged coral reefs, and to build habitat for coral polyps to start building reefs on. ElectroAccretion has been used, and is still being used in several areas of the world, primarily in the island nations www.globalcoral.org by Dr. Tom Goreau, who works with the UN in the small island nations sustainable development committee.
