Guinea Savanna Ecological Area affected by floods, 2007

I come from Ghana in West Africa in the Upper East Region which lays in the Guinea Savanna Ecological Area which was the worst affected region in West Africa in the 2007 floods due to climate change and climate variability causing erratic rain fall making the place vulnerable and compromising livelihood. I am a graduate working with a local environmental NGO - Gia/Nabio Agro-Forestry Development Organisation(GNADO). When I saw the information in your website I became interested because of my environmental background and concern to nature especially if our organisation could present a proposal for funding on your call for proposal.
